Rims are very clean, a few small knicks here and there but no huge chunks of rash on any of the lips. the wheels were wet sanded and polished by me about 3mnths ago, you can polish them with a metal polish from time to time. wheels are straight, no air leaks, wobbles, etc. etc… 1 rear wheel has been repaired with a weld which was professionally done by dependable wheel repair in renton wa. no problems. I do NOT know the offsets, however i know these wheels were originally built for a e46 non m car. my friend had them on a e46 m3 with 25mm spacers in the rear, i had them on a e92 coupe with 10mm spacers in the rear. you do NOT need spacers for the rears on a e92, i did it since i wanted a more flush look. My car is a 2007 335i coupe lowered with H&R sport springs and there is NO rubbing at all!
