Just the system no cords or controllers, no hard drive. Its brand new I got it from microsoft, it was made in 2009, not HDMI but video quality is the same if you use HD AV cables. It comes with a full 3 year microsoft warranty and 2 months of xbox live to get you started. This is not some crappy xclamp fix system, its new, 0% risk here. It has the Falcon motherboard. It has never been played on. I have an elite so this just sits in the box it came in from microsoft. If you plan to test this system please bring your own power supply, mine is 150 watt and doesnt fit this system, I can meet anywhere in the Lynnwood area.
